Storm8Girl:
I'm not being modest when I say that I'm less experienced in much of this than others h=on this forum appear to be, but I will try to answer based on my feelings and experiences.
>1. Do riders go on a diet?<
In a voluntary rider/carrier partnership, the carrier should know his/her limitations and excuse themselves from tasks they can't perform adequately. My weight fluctuates between 125 and 135 lbs. without exercising or dieting and I have no intention of concerning myself with my weight to accommodate someone who wishes to carry me. I don't have a tummy but if I did I would expect my carrier to position himself to accommodate my sitting position on him or simply refrain from the activity with me as his rider . I may agree to a compromise if I wish to indulge a carrier such as riding him on all fours or just sitting on his back if I'm in the mood, but in any case my weight is my carrier's problem if he chooses to engage in any such activity with me.
>2. sexual satisfaction? do riders mind choosing/allowing carriers who are sexually turned on while being ridden?
If my carrier derives sexual satisfaction from his position beneath me or anything connected to his service, assuming it doesn't otherwise involve me, I would see it as a private matter. A rider might well experience sexual enjoyment from his/her position and again , this is a private matter and should remain so unless their relationship implies otherwise.
I think I would be very annoyed, if for example my carrier achieved climax and upon doing so chose not to carry me further. As a woman you know that degrees of sexual enjoyment short of climax can be had for a very long period of time. I imagine men may experience similar effects.
>3. Do You think Carriers have the right to choose their riders?
Again this depends on the relationship as well as the limitations of the carrier and other factors. If for example, a master/mistress has a submissive carrier in a dominate/submissive relationship, the submissive carrier should be required to carry any person the master directs the carrier to serve. True slavery is illegal in western society ,so of course the submissive partner has a choice to refuse and bear the consequences of that refusal. If I were in such a relationship with a submissive carrier, he/she would be required to carry whoever I designated regardless of the slave/carrier's desires and carry that person in the manner that person chooses.
I was carried by a gay man on three occasions by the orders of his master and if I had a heterosexual male submissive or a lesbian submissive, they would be required to serve whoever I put upon them or be dismissed from serving me. The choice is still up to the carrier of course but I prefer to see it just as I would if I were loaning a horse to a friend. A horse doesn't choose who might sit on him and a carrier should be regarded as much as one would a real horse to the degree that such is possible.
>4. Carrier's responsibilities for well being of riders?<
Yes, as much as this is possible and also for the comfort of the rider as well.
I wouldn't object to carrier informing me of a potential hazard that I may have not seen. If I'm riding him across a stream etc. and his footing might fail I would prefer not to be dropped and may even dismount or take whatever precautions my carrier suggests for my safety.
>5. do carriers have complete obedience towards their rider?<
Yes in all matters other than ensuring the safety of the rider.
If the carrier falls, the rider will also fall and I may not be fortunate enough to land on the carrier who would cushion my fall. The rider's judgment should supersede the carrier's in most cases but in doing so the rider must assume the responsibility for errors in that judgment.
>6. Carrier/rider communication, understanding and permission?<
There is no single answer to this. The relationship would dictate how much the carrier would be allowed to talk and if the rider chooses to talk to the carrier or communicate by other means.
>7. carrier/pony accessories?<
I prefer only the most basic such as a halter/reins at the most and never a saddle.
Other riders may have different views. I prefer to feel the rhythm of the body beneath me and adjust my carrier and my sitting position to my own liking.
>8. touch? sexual? forceful?<
My carrier is a beast of burden and is not allowed any liberties in touching me beyond what is required to ensure my comfort and safety. A carrier who assumes that he can take such liberties simply because I'm sitting on him would require harsh correction for such actions. I my opinion, a carrier has no more right to intimacy than a horse or a chair would unless I say otherwise. Again I stress that what a rider or carrier feels, enjoys or imagines is a private matter to each of them. Intimacy between them may or may not exist and nothing should be assumed by either.
