I notice that there are not many women members of this site, despite the fact that women love to ride on the shoulders!
How can we attract more female members? I hope that USR continues to grow!
Any ideas?

Believe me...I haven't come across a single female of any Age, which likes shoulder riding to extent that she calls me for ride.

Yes Females like it, but for a short time or can say till the time of ride.

Congratulations. You are just scaring them away. Ever heard of the self fulfilling prophecy?

There are two real problems: First Female/male psychology. It is not true They like it less. but it is true, that they are used to being chased after by us, whereas we are used to chase after them so girls who end up here often already are in relationships and are just looking to converse, not to ride. We on the other hand, come to forums like this one to find Women. And that is how the impression is formed, that ther are 99% men and alost no Chicks among us.

Second, as it has been explained many times, this forum is just a very small part of a HUGE Internet. Once a Lady here becomes popular enough, once She's got all the contact she needs on her Yahoo communicator, She doesn't need to come back here any more. Especially, since its us wo is looking for Her, not the other way around.

If a female loins this group of ours,she might want to find out if there any contacts in her area,most of the time she CANT,because most of us hide what little lights we have under a big bushel,we have little or no information on our profiles. According to records we have nearly 1000 members and only 88 bonus members who have to put some info on their profile,so 900+ dont care a damn,they could be anywhere from Mongolia to the Arctic,they are so easy to contact!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
