Not sure about information video No.3.
The best way for a rider to mount the carrier is for the carrier to squat down (crouched down) while keeping his back fairly straight. Then the rider, who is standing behind the carrier, can easily place/hook one of her legs over the carrier's right or left shoulder and partly mount him. Then the rider can place/hook her other leg over his other shoulder. After the rider has mounted him while he is squatting on the ground, he (the carrier) can then use his legs to raise himself up until he is standing and, by so doing, lift the rider fully up so that she is sat astride his shoulders.
Both carrier and rider are likely to have very little space at a crowded music festival so using the technique of squatting down and letting the rider clamber onto the rider's shoulders is probably the quickest and easiest way to get the rider up onto the carrier's shoulders.
Have any members seen which techniques are used to lift riders onto carriers' shoulders at music festivals or elsewhere?
