To love shoulder-riding, whether as a rider or a carrier, is a fetish. A 'fetish,' by the way, is something that a person finds s*e*x*u*a*l*l*y stimulating. As for the word 'love,' all that means is 'need.' 'Love' and 'need' is one and the same thing. (And I'm not a psychologist - although I studied the subject and, amazingly, passed the exam! Too many statistics in that subject for my liking - yuck).
