Thanks, Richy45. This is quite a skilful shoulder ride/lift. The photo shows a guy standing in the sea in shallow water ankles deep (he's wearing a pair of boxer swimming trucks) with a female (who's in her mid-20s maybe) sat astride his shoulders but in the reverse position.
Her sitting position is really good because, normally, this is a difficult position for both the rider and carrier to achieve and maintain. I would guess that the guy is a heterosexual who's having a bit of fun with this particular female who, from the expression on her face, is thoroughly enjoying this sort of horseplay - an apt term in this case!
His face is not actually pressed into the crotch of her swimwear but, instead, because of the way she is sat on his shoulders in the reverse position, is pressed up against her lower belly. Since his back is to the camera, we can't see his physical reaction (if that's the right description!) to the way this raunchy female is sat on his shoulders. She might be some kind of celebrity but probably not a major one because, if she was, she probably wouldn't have gone along with being lifted up onto the guy's shoulders in this way. She is, in colloquial language, a 'goer,' which is the main thing as these types of females are all too rare. All in all, this is a gem of a photo!
