There's nothing rude about that reverse sit/ride YouTube video, my friend. Therefore it wouldn't be illegal in the States. Incidentally, in the UK, only the possession of images of people under the age of 18 years which are deemed to be 'indecent' are illegal.

I was only joking, although I should have made it a bit plainer. It looks great fun, and I like the smooth action of the mount and throw.
